My-Wardrobe Launches 'Try Before You Buy'

My-Wardrobe.com, the luxury fashion site, has launched a free 'try before you buy' service allowing customers.

My-Dressing Room allows shoppers to order and then allows them seven days to decide whether they want to keep the clothes. Customers are only charged after the seven days have expired.

The service also gives shoppers the option of receiving goods ordered by 1 pm by the evening of the same day.

The system is also a method of encouraging shoppers to decide more quickly whether they want to keep clothes. The company usually expects clothes to be registered as unwanted within 14 days and then returned within another 14 days.

My-Wardrobe is making a raft of new changes to the business following its collapse into administration and subsequent acquisition by Growth Capital Acquisitions last November.

Co-founder Andrew Curran told Marie Claire: 'Customers only pay when they are happy. This service is all about making life as simple as possible. Ultimately we hope customers will appreciate the service and keep coming back for more.'
