Interest from international retailers to buy into Ocado's proprietary systems has risen sharply since it signed a partnership with Morrisons last year.
Morrisons launched its grocery site almost a month ago following the £216 million agreement which it hopes will help it catch up with rivals Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda.
But the developments at Morrisons have increased understanding among global food retailers about Ocado's ability to replicate its service with other retailers, according to a report.
'Ocado has always had interest from international grocers but this has been ramped up several notches since the Morrisons deal. There have been several approaches recently,' a source told the Sunday Express.
Ocado chief executive Tim Steiner is expected to announce full-year results tomorrow that will include details about plans for a third automated distribution centre and plans to expand non-food ranges.
