Former La Senza lingerie boss Rose Foster has been hired by Jacques Vert Group to lead its internet strategy.
Foster has been appointed multi-channel director at the womenswear group which owns nine brands including Windsmoor, Kaliko, Jacques Vert, Precis Petite, Planet, Minuet Petite, Alexon, Eastex and Dash.
Foster will replace John Hobson who has retired. She ran Monsoon Accessorize for six years before being poached by La Senza as chief executive in 2007.
Since then she has had roles at Animal and Mexx as well as helping to set up Hed Kandi Fashions. Foster starts the role at Jacques Vert with immediate effect.
A Jacques Vert Group spokesperson said: 'Rose brings a wealth of very relevant experience, having started her retail career with Next and has subsequently worked for New Look, Monsoon Accessorise, La Senza and most recently Animal and Mexx. We are very excited about Rose joining the team at this time and look forward to working with her to further develop our multi-channel offering.'
