The project, announced last month, will see Arcadia replaced its 15 year-old legacy systems as part of a three-year project with Oracle, Manhattan Associates and Amber Road.
Benefits will include improving stock accuracy and availability and will allow chains such as Topshop to deliver from local franchise stores in international markets rather than delivering from the UK.
It includes a buying and merchandising system to enable better planning and a warehouse management system that will 'support the strategy of growing online and driving revenue internationally,' according to chief operating officer for HR and operations Siobhan Forey.
That will allow more specific country decision making and mean better strategic planning internationally. Topshop is opening 150 international franchise stores this year and five wholly-owned stores in the US, including Fifth Avenue.
Arcadia Group now trades in 110 countries online and has 38 franchise partners.
